We operate a structured, performance-driven lead generation program that fuels our growth and connects homeowners with high-quality remodeling solutions. This role is central to that mission.

As an Apprentice Installer/Helper, you'll support our Lead Installers on residential bathroom remodels. You'll learn how to install and replace tubs/showers, wet-area wall systems (acrylic and natural stone), and assist with additional upgrades like flooring, vanities, lighting, and more. This is a hands-on role with training, steady work, and clear growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Installers with bathroom remodel installations (tub/shower, wall systems, and related upgrades)
• Work efficiently and keep the jobsite neat, organized, and respectful inside customers' homes
• Measure, cut, and prep materials accurately (you'll use a tape measure daily)
• Help load/unload tools and materials; maintain tools, trailers, and equipment in good condition
• Post before and after pictures of jobs done onto social media
• Communicate professionally with customers and teammates throughout the project
• Follow company processes, no shortcuts, no guesswork, while improving your skills each week
  
  

Qualifications

• Comfortable working in small spaces (bathrooms) and in occupied homes
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a positive, professional attitude
• Able to measure and cut accurately; confident using and reading a tape measure
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and good driving record (towing capability is a plus)
• Able to lift and maneuver materials up to 100 lbs and perform physical tasks (bend, stoop, reach)
• Willing to complete a drug screen, physical, and background check after a conditional job offer.
  
  

Experience Helpful (not Required), Especially In

• Drywall/sheetrock
• Tile, granite, natural stone
• Rough/finish carpentry (trim, framing, cabinets)
• Plumbing or electrical (rough or finish)
• Painting, flooring, countertops, shower doors, bath/shower replacement
  
  

Apprentice, journeyman, and master plumbers are encouraged to apply. Highly skilled candidates may be considered for Installer or Lead Installer openings.

Compensation, Job Type & Schedule

• Full-time or Part-time, W-2 employee position
• Pay: $14 to $18/hour (commensurate with experience; higher potential for more experienced candidates)
