We are looking for a driven, professional In-Home Design Consultant who thrives in a structured sales process and wants to earn a strong six-figure income.

What You’ll Do
- Run in-home appointments with homeowners looking to remodel their bathrooms
- Build rapport quickly, uncover needs, and design solutions on-site
- Present product options and pricing using our proven sales system
- Overcome objections and confidently close the sale during the appointment
- Take accurate measurements, photos, and complete job documentation
- Manage your pipeline, paperwork, and follow-ups with minimal supervision
- Attend ongoing sales training, meetings, and company events
What We’re Looking For
- Strong in-home sales experience (home improvement, remodeling, or similar preferred)
- Proven ability to close in a one-call environment
- Confident communicator with strong objection-handling skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
- Professional presence and ability to build trust with homeowners
- Comfortable working evenings and Saturdays
- Valid driver’s license required
