What You'll Do:
- Conduct in-home consultations to educate customers on our products and services by providing expert guidance and helping them make informed decisions.
- Sell design and remodeling services that transform bathrooms into stunning spaces.
- Build strong relationships with customers by establishing trust, understanding their needs, and providing a personalized experience.
- Guide homeowners through the remodeling process from design to close.
- Collaborate with operations and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience and/or customer services (Preferred).
- Previous experience in home improvement or related in-home sales (Preferred).
- Intermediate computer skills and excellent organizational abilities.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, coachable attitude.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and earn customer trust.
- Valid driver's license and background check.
