We're looking for someone who's naturally warm, sharp on details, and takes real pride in making people feel welcome. You'll own the front-of-house experience while keeping the office running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You'll Do
- Answer calls and greet clients with confidence and warmth — you set the tone for every interaction
- Manage appointment scheduling and keep advisor calendars flowing
- Handle confirmation calls for workshops, seminars, and client events
- Provide day-to-day administrative support tied to client meetings and advisor workflows
What You Bring
- Strong phone presence and genuine people skills
- Reception, front desk, or administrative experience (financial services a plus, not required)
- Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail — the basics done exceptionally well
- Ability to learn quickly and stay organized in a fast-moving office
