Customer Service /Production

Overview

RDU Promos is a division of a nationwide INC 5000 company.

We are looking for 2 PT staff or 1 FTE to work in a embroidery, direct to film t-shirt and promo products/sign business in the RTP market. This is an on site -in store position. NOT A SALES Role! Not remote. This is a Monday-Friday 9-5 pm position.

Some of the requirements below are flexible for the right candidates that can learn.

Customer service skills needed:

Friendly
Must be very detail oriented & learn quickly
Strong Customer service and great communication skills
Good follow-up skills for new orders and clients
Very light graphic design skills are preferred, Not required. Can teach you
Problem solver
Takes initiative
Dependable
Good computer skills
POS System experience preferred

Will train on some embroidery machines
Direct to film printers
Heat press for T-shirts

We will hire fast. Training to starting soon.

Duties

• Provide friendly, attentive & excellent customer service to consumers and to businesses by assisting them with their orders/ inquiries, ensuring a positive experience
• Check orders that come in to ensure we received all materials for our customers
• Help customers choose the best items for their needs
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure shop is ready for the day
• Excellent ability to communicate clearly and positively with customers
• Excellent follow-through
• Prior experience in high-volume production environments and working with CRM's or customer databases and POS ordering systems is preferred.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
