Key Responsibilities:
- Driver & Route Management: Assign, monitor, and adjust delivery routes in real-time for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Resolve last-minute delivery issues, driver delays, and customer concerns with confidence.
- Communication & Coordination: Maintain constant contact with drivers, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth deliveries.
- Process Execution & Optimization: Follow and refine dispatching protocols to maximize efficiency and service quality.
- Data Monitoring & Reporting: Track key performance metrics such as delivery times, success rates, and route efficiencies.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of dispatching experience required. Logistics or transportation coordination experience is a plus.
- Technology Skills: Proficiency with dispatching software, GPS tracking, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Work Schedule: Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with last-mile delivery operations and logistics best practices.
