Part-Time Retail Merchandiser – Santa Rosa Beach, FL
Retail Detail Merchandising (RDM) provides in-store merchandising services for retailers such as Publix, Target, CVS, Walgreens and Walmart for major brands such as Johnson & Johnson, Bayer and General Mills.
We are seeking a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser to service stores in the Santa Rosa Beach area.
You’ll work independently across a set group of stores, partnering directly with store management—so reliability, professionalism, and strong communication are essential.

Job Details:
- Territory: Santa Rosa Beach, Destin, Sandestin, Inlet Beach
- 20-25 hours/week on average
- $18.00/hour (includes drive time between stores)
- Travel required within assigned territory
- Daily reporting required via smartphone (photos/forms)
- Temporary fuel bonus currently offered to support travel between stores
Merchandising Duties:
- Stock, rotate, and maintain suncare, haircare and cosmetic products (
- Ensure shelves are organized, fully stocked, and visually aligned
- Maintain product placement according to store standards and planograms (POGs)
- Build and maintain professional relationships with store management
- Communicate store updates and report any issues as needed
- Complete accurate daily reporting (photos/forms)
Requirements:
- MUST be willing to travel within entire territory
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance
- Ability to travel within assigned territory (up to 30 miles)
- Comfortable with physical work (lifting up to 50 lbs.)
- Reliable, responsive, and able to follow through on assigned work
- Strong time management and ability to stay on track with store visits throughout the month
- Comfortable using a smartphone for reporting (photos/forms)
- Must pass a background check

Pay: $18.00 per hour
