Part-Time Retail Merchandiser – Panama City Beach, FL
Retail Detail Merchandising (RDM) provides in-store merchandising services for retailers such as Publix, CVS, Walmart and Winn-Dixie for major brands such as Johnson & Johnson, Bayer and General Mills.
We are seeking a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser to service stores in the Panama City Beach, FL area.
You’ll work independently across a set group of stores, partnering directly with store management—so reliability, professionalism, and strong communication are essential.

Job Details:
- Territory – Responsible for servicing assigned retail locations in the greater Panama City Beach area, including: Panama City, Parker, Lynn Haven, and Apalachicola.
- 20-25 hours/week on average
- $18.00/hour (paid drive time included)
- Travel required within assigned territory
- Daily reporting required via smartphone (photos/forms)
- Temporary fuel bonus currently offered to support travel between stores
Merchandising Duties:
- Stock, rotate, and maintain suncare, haircare and cosmetic products
- Ensure shelves are organized, fully stocked, and visually aligned
- Maintain product placement according to store standards and planograms (POGs)
- Build and maintain professional relationships with store management
- Communicate store updates and report any issues as needed
- Complete accurate daily reporting (photos/forms)
Requirements:
- MUST be willing to travel within entire territory
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance
- Ability to travel within assigned territory (up to 30 miles)
- Comfortable with physical work (lifting up to 50 lbs.)
- Reliable, responsive, and able to follow through on assigned work
- Strong time management and ability to stay on track with store visits throughout the month
- Comfortable using a smartphone for reporting (photos/forms)
- Must pass a background check

Pay: $18.00 per hour
Application Question(s):
- You must be willing to travel to Apalachicola 1x per month and to Port St. Joe 2x a month in this role. You are compensated for drive time.
