We are seeking a motivated and dependable Flooring Sales Associate to join our team. This is a full-time position ideal for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys working with people, and has an interest in design and home improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting flooring products that meet their needs and preferences
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations on various flooring options
- Maintain showroom organization and presentation
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Support the sales process from initial consultation through project completion
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Previous sales or flooring experience is not required but is a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
