Position Summary:
We are seeking an entry-level Customer Service Specialist to support our office operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office, communicating with clients by phone and email, handling computer-based tasks, and assisting with billing and administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and data entry
- Running a daily purchase order recommendation and ordering all special and stock orders for products that are below the minimum stocking level
- Receive and properly enter into system all customer supply calls.
- Fulfill all supply toner orders for all customers
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and vendors
- Manage emails, documents, and internal systems
- Perform general computer and administrative work
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Ability to work in a team concept environment.
- Accurately escalating issues as necessary
- Maintaining confidentiality
Qualifications:
- Detailed oriented
- Strong phone skills (interpersonal)
- Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills
- Demonstrate clear/polite written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong Work Ethic
- 1-2 yrs exp in a customer service environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
