Job Summary
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will ensure that all products meet strict quality standards and regulatory requirements through rigorous inspection and grading. Your expertise will help maintain the integrity of our production processes, uphold compliance with industry standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of 6 to 9 months of experience working in a warehouse environment (1 year preferred).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 30 lbs and performing repetitive tasks such as repetitive bending, pushing, and pulling.
- Strong adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
- Fluent in English (required); conversational Spanish is a plus.
Skills
- Manually pack products into containers and maintain accurate records of inventory movement.
- Bend and stoop to examine panels.
- Prior experience in examining quality of products is highly desirable, though training is available for motivated candidates.
- Simultaneously check production line for quality of LCD’s being put aside by Dismatlers
- Keep track of good LCD’s by dismantlers on their PO’s
- Package LCD once it passes quality inspection according to its grading(will train to be able to determine the quality grading of LCD).
