Starting Pay: $17.00/hour
RDF&P is hiring a swing shift and graveyard Sandblaster to join our Powder Coating team. This is an entry-level position with on-the-job training provided. We are looking for a reliable, hardworking individual who takes pride in producing quality work and working safely.
What You'll Do
- Sandblast steel parts in preparation for powder coating
- Clean, prep, and move materials throughout the shop
- Operate blasting equipment and hand tools
- Operate a forklift
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with general production duties as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
Qualifications
- No experience required, training provided
- Ability to wear a full-hood forced air respirator
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Please note! We are hiring 1 position for Swing Shift (1 pm - 9:30 pm) and 1 position for graveyard (9 pm - 5:30 am)
