Custodian
RdF Corporation seeks a custodian to be responsible for a range of facilities support tasks. Applicants should work well as part of a team and have a positive, can-do attitude.
Responsibilities of Custodian:
- Cleaning of facilities, restrooms and work areas to include sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, dusting, vacuuming, waxing and polishing of all surfaces, floors, furniture, windows, lighting fixtures and trim.
- Emptying of trash, wastebaskets, and recyclable containers, and transporting waste to disposal area.
- Maintaining facilities in good working order such as replenishing bathroom supplies.
- Moving equipment, furniture and supplies as needed.
- Other projects or duties as assigned.
Requirements of Custodian:
- Successful candidates are dependable and efficient, and must be able to read and comprehend instructions & manuals, safety rules and correspondence.
- Applicants must have a High School diploma or GED.
- Candidates must be available to work M-F, at least 18 years old, able to pass a drug test, and authorized to work in the U.S.
Duties to be performed at multiple locations in southern New Hampshire.
9/80 work schedule. Monday-Thursday 8am-5:30pm, and alternating Fridays 8am-4:30pm
