What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assembler-TIG Welder position at RdF Corporation?
RdF Corporation seeks an Assembler-TIG Welder to join its manufacturing team in Hudson, NH. The ideal candidate would be someone who has experience working with small parts.
Full time, desirable 9/80 work schedule with alternating Fridays off. Schedule is Monday-Thursday, 8am-5:30 pm and alternating Fridays from 8am-4:30pm. Benefits include health insurance, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
Responsibilities of Assembler:
- Assemble small parts according to blueprints.
- Perform simple measurements and mathematical calculations.
- Work under a microscope to TIG weld and solder parts.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements of Assembler:
- Hand-eye coordination and able to pass vision tests (with or without corrective lenses). Snellen 20/20 or better near vision and Snellen 20/50 or better distance vision. Must be able to pass Ishihara color vision test.
- Ability to work with small tools and small parts.
- Able to work using a microscope for extended periods.
- Prior experience with other hands-on work such as jewelry making, wood working, or welding is a plus.
