Role Description I&C Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Phoenix, AZ. This role oversees water and wastewater projects from planning through completion, including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and coordination with engineering, field teams, vendors, and clients. Day-to-day responsibilities Instruments and controls quotations include managing project timelines, tracking materials and equipment, monitoring quality and compliance, and resolving issues that impact scope, schedule, or cost. The Project Manager prepares and reviews project documentation, supports inspections and testing, and ensures that work meets regulatory and safety standards. This role also involves collaborating with logistics and expediting teams to maintain supply chain efficiency and support the successful delivery of electrical and control systems for water-related infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, budget control, and stakeholder coordination.
• Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to monitor orders, track materials, and ensure timely delivery of project components.
• Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify installation quality, compliance with specifications, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
• Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate shipments, inventory, and material handling across multiple projects.
• Experience with water/wastewater or industrial infrastructure projects is highly beneficial.
• Knowledge of electrical switchgear, control systems, or industrial automation is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work cross-functionally on-site.
• Must have experience in I&C quotations.
