What are the responsibilities and job description for the Laborer position at RDC Construction Services Inc.?
Urgently Hiring Construction Laborer(s): Helps with the mixing of the mason materials that are of a cementitious nature for the purpose of restoration. Removes damaged mortar from predetermined areas of brick. Involved in the installation of threaded rebar and threaded rods for dowelling. Assists with drilling cores and rebar hammering of interior areas of buildings for new installations. Power washes bricks to remove dirt and discoloration of old mortar. Performs repairs to restore masonry and brick to blend cosmetic appearance after work has been completed.
Training is provided.
Safety gear is provided.
Job Length between 1 and 2 months.
Employee will be on payroll and must be able to provide documentation for I-9.
- Must be able to lift 50-lbs, work for 8-hrs in all types of weather, and work on scaffolding and roof tops.
- Must have prior construction employment history.
- Must have a valid Utah drivers license and your own operational car to drive to work every day.
