We are seeking a Collision Technician to perform minor cosmetic and structural repairs, panel replacement, dent repair, welding, and frame alignment. This role supports insurance collision claims and follows an independent technician workflow, with opportunities to work alongside an estimator and dedicated body and frame teams. Technicians use CCC ONE for estimating and repair documentation, complete self-inspections before vehicle delivery, and can advance through I-CAR training and lead technician progression.
Responsibilities
- Perform structural repairs and frame alignment.
- Replace and repair vehicle panels.
- Complete minor cosmetic repairs and dent removal.
- Perform MIG welding and related collision repairs.
- Use CCC ONE for estimating and repair documentation.
- Coordinate work within independent, estimator-paired, and dedicated body and frame team workflows.
- Conduct a thorough self-inspection before vehicle delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 years of experience in collision repair.
- Automotive collision repair training.
- Automotive body repair experience.
- Experience with frame measurement systems.
- MIG welding experience.
- Dent removal experience.
