Job Summary

Duties
- Engage in outside sales activities by visiting potential and existing clients within assigned territories to promote our products and services.
- Develop new business opportunities through proactive lead generation, cold calling, and networking strategies.
- Manage key accounts by providing exceptional customer service, understanding client needs, and offering customized solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to showcase features and benefits effectively.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to close deals that align with company objectives.
- Manage territory sales efforts through strategic planning, territory management, and ongoing analysis of market trends.
- Upsell additional products or services to existing clients to maximize revenue opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer-focused approach to account management.
- Demonstrated ability in business development, direct sales, inside sales, and retail sales environments.
- Strong analysis skills for evaluating market data, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Effective communication skills for delivering compelling product demos and engaging presentations.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams including marketing and management.
- Knowledge of technology products or technical sales is a plus but not mandatory; eagerness to learn is essential.
