Picker and Packer

Job Summary
We are hiring a dependable and motivated Picker and Packer to support our daily shipping and logistics operations. This is an entry-level position, and no previous experience is required—full training will be provided. In this role, you will help receive, sort, inspect, and prepare packages for shipment in a safe and organized work environment. Responsibilities

• Receive incoming packages and verify basic shipment information
• Sort packages by size, type, or destination using simple guidelines
• Inspect items for visible damage or missing information
• Label packages clearly and prepare them for shipping
• Pick and pack items following straightforward instructions
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Assist with basic tracking or documentation of shipments
• Work with team members to complete daily tasks on time
• Follow company procedures and safety standards

Qualifications

• You work well with others and contribute to a positive team environment
• You have basic English skills to understand instructions and communicate clearly
• You pay attention to detail and handle items carefully and accurately
• You are reliable and able to follow schedules and directions
• You are willing to learn and open to training on new tasks
• You are comfortable with light physical work such as standing, lifting, and moving packages
• No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided

Pay: $23.85 - $28.72 per hour
