Position Overview

We’re looking for a high-performing Crew Member with a passion to bring it every day. This role is for someone who isn’t afraid of hard work, and can stay self-motivated.

At RD’s Total Lawn, great team members are like linebackers — not afraid to get out there and hit something. This is a physical role that becomes more like a sport the more efficient and skilled you become.

We not only reward performance but pay daily on it! So the better the team performs, the more opportunity there is to earn. Schedule is Monday-Friday 7am-5pm.

Your Role: As a Crew Member, you are the face of the company and primary customer interaction!

This role requires working outdoors in all types of weather throughout the season.

On a day-to-day basis you may be:

• Operating stand-on zero-turn mowers on residential properties String trimming, edging, and blowing off hard surfaces Assisting with landscape work such as cleaning up mulch beds, installing mulch, and trimming shrubs Maintaining clean, professional job sites for our customers

RD’s Total Lawn is a 100% residential service company, focused on delivering high-quality lawn care and landscaping services to homeowners throughout our area.

Schedule is 7am-5pm Monday through Friday.

• High performers historically make between $25-$35/hr once fully trained

Key Responsibilities:

• Work as a Team: Work with others well to achieve common goals of CRUSHING the day
• Communicate: After training this role you will be responsible to manage yourself well and communicate up to your supervisor any needs of your crew or your customers.
• Customer Service Focused: We have a 5 star company and that’s not by accident. Make sure to not only meet but exceed customer expectations daily.
• Dependable and Professional: You will be expected to be on time and in uniform. We like to be treated like professionals and that requires we also ACT like professionals.
• Must be at least 18 years old (H.S. Diploma)

What You Bring to the Table

• Personality: A positive attitude and good outlook on situations.
• Organizational Skills: You have an eye for detail, can juggle multiple tasks.
• Tech-Saviness: Comfortable with office software, scheduling tools, and general tech troubleshooting.
• Communication Skills: You know how to talk to people – whether it’s helping a colleague or politely reminding the boss to sign those forms. Giving grace to others when it calls for it.
• Coachable and Growth mindset : looking for someone that is open to constructive criticism and always looking to get better daily even its 1%.
