Duties

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of the rental property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and outdoor areas.
• Perform detailed floor care, including vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining overall cleanliness.
• Manage laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens, towels, and guest supplies.
• Restock essential amenities like toiletries, cleaning supplies, and kitchen essentials to ensure guest comfort.
• Conduct inspections to verify that each property meets cleanliness standards before guest check-in.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation by adhering to health guidelines and safety protocols.
• Handle minor maintenance tasks or report issues requiring professional repair to ensure properties remain in top condition.

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping management.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including sanitation practices and floor care.
• Ability to perform laundry duties efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude toward guests and property owners.
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and products is preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
