Your main responsibilities as an Engineering Technology Lead:
- Maintain a high degree of understanding and awareness of internal and external developments.
- Ensure Lean systems and practices are in place, driving continuous improvement.
- Coach peers across company about combination products for enhanced performance and development.
- Lead development activities for responsible products or projects.
- Implement new practices to drive value and improve standards.
What we are looking for in an Engineering Technology Lead:
- Advanced level degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Engineering, or similar relevant discipline.
- 10 years of experience in packaging engineering with a focus on secondary packaging design and development for combination products.
- Demonstrated expertise in design controls methodology, including risk management and verification activities.
- Knowledge of CAD tools and simulation software (e.g., Finite Element Analysis) for predictive modeling of packaging performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

$149,044- $186,314 Dependent on Experience)
