Full Time Registered Dietitian

RD Nutrition Consultants LLC, a national leader in clinical nutrition consulting, is seeking a full-time, on-site Registered Dietitian to support a community-based geriatric care program in Indiana. • Type: Full-time, on-site
  

• Setting: Community-based geriatric care
  

• Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday during standard business hours
  

• Compensation: $30–$38 per hour (based on experience)
  

• Travel: Travel time is paid at the hourly rate and mileage is reimbursed at the federal rate
  

• 10 days of PTO annually
  

• 5 federal holidays off

• Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and follow-up evaluations
  

• Develop individualized nutrition care plans tailored to medical needs, cultural preferences, and patient goals
  

• Provide patient and family education on nutrition, chronic disease management, and healthy lifestyle practices
  

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate care
  

• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
  

• Document all care provided in accordance with facility and company policies
  

• Perform administrative and organizational tasks as required
  

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related accredited field
  

• Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration
  

• Active Indiana state license (required)
  

• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (preferred)
  

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  

• Proficiency with electronic charting systems
  

• Understanding of state and federal regulations related to nutrition care
