About Us
RD HOME is a growing construction company based in the Rio Grande Valley. We specialize in building high-quality homes and providing excellent service to our clients. We’re looking for a reliable and friendly Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our office.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage daily emails, messages, and inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Support office staff with basic administrative tasks (filing, copying, scanning, data entry)
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Provide general information about RD HOME’s services to walk-in clients
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with basic computer applications (Word, Excel, email)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
Language Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required.
- Spanish proficiency is preferred

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time, in-person position, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Compensation will be based on experience and skill level and will be discussed during the interview process.
