We are looking for a motivated and engaged team member to join our
growing organization. The Team Leader is a working role responsible for
leading, coordinating, and supporting production team members involved
in cabinet door manufacturing. This role ensures daily production goals
are met while maintaining high standards for safety, quality,
efficiency, and teamwork. The Team Leader serves as the first point of
contact for team members on the production floor and works closely with
supervision and other departments to maintain smooth production flow.

Job Duties And Responsibilities
Some responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Keep work area clean, organized, and free of safety hazards
- Promote and enforce all safety policies, including lockout/tagout
- Lead and support a production team in daily cabinet door
- Ensure team members follow work orders, production schedules, and
- Monitor productivity, quality, and efficiency to meet or exceed
- Assign tasks, balance workloads, and adjust priorities as needed
- Train, coach, and mentor team members on job tasks, safety
- Serve as the first level of problem-solving for production, quality,
- Conduct routine quality checks to ensure cabinet doors meet
- Communicate production status, material needs, and issues to
- Assist with machine operation, setup, and troubleshooting as needed
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve processes,
