**Job Duties and Responsibilities:**
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all workplace safety rules and use required personal
- Assemble drawer boxes using wood components, hardware, and fasteners
- Read and follow work orders, drawings, and assembly instructions
- Operate hand tools, pneumatic tools, and small assembly equipment
- Ensure drawer boxes meet quality, dimension, and finish standards
- Inspect assembled drawer boxes for defects, fit, and accuracy
- Perform minor adjustments or rework as needed to meet quality
- Meet production standards for output, quality, and efficiency
- Communicate issues with materials, hardware, or processes to
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Ability to read basic measurements and use measuring tools
