Responsibilities Include:

• Dispatching OTR trucks
• Booking and negotiating freight
• Communicating with brokers, customers, and drivers
• Planning loads and minimizing deadhead
• Tracking trucks and loads from pickup through delivery
• Handling appointment times and schedule changes
• Managing detention, layovers, breakdowns, and other issues
• Completing and organizing rate confirmations and load paperwork
• Keeping drivers moving on strong-paying freight
• Helping build profitable lanes and long-term relationships

What We’re Looking For:

• Trucking or dispatch experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of load boards and freight rates
• Ability to negotiate rates
• Dependable and responsive when issues arise
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Someone who understands that profitability matters — not just keeping a truck loaded
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to work remotely, with flexibility to come into the Minnesota office when needed
