RCT is seeking senior-level Information Review and Release Analysts to support an Intelligence Community client at Fort Meade. Analysts perform first-level reviews of classified documents, researching context and content to determine appropriate redactions and release decisions in accordance with EO 13526, FOIA, and the Privacy Act.

- Review classified materials and apply electronic/manual redactions.
- Provide legally justified exemption codes and document release decisions.
- Research prior release decisions to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Identify and coordinate Other Government Agency (OGA) equities.
- Use multiple customer systems and tools to support the review/release process.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Prior experience conducting first-level reviews of classified information and making redaction/release recommendations for the client.
- Strong knowledge of client policies, missions, and IC/DoD classification and information security regulations.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required on day one.
