- Lead and execute the Assessment & Authorization (A&A) process under the Risk Management Framework (RMF)
- Develop and maintain System Security Plans (SSPs) and related documentation
- Perform security scans, patching (Windows/Linux), and vulnerability mitigation
- Manage system configurations and deployment (especially laptops and endpoints)
- Guide systems through the full security lifecycle and accreditation process
- Support and improve the organization’s Information Security Program
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure operational effectiveness and compliance
Key Requirements
- Degree in IT/cybersecurity (or equivalent experience)
- Strong experience with RMF, INFOSEC policies, and cyber threats (e.g., malware, DoS, zero-day)
- Experience with documentation, repositories, and process tracking tools
- Strong communication skills (writing, briefing, stakeholder engagement)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and provide technical oversight
- TS/SCI with Polygraph
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with the specific sponsor’s A&A processes and IT environment
- CISSP certification
- Familiarity with full project lifecycle and enterprise IT infrastructure
