RCT seeks contractor support to transition its collection processes to modern Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies. The contractor team will train machine learning models, develop end-to-end AI systems, and productize these capabilities for operational use. Responsibilities include automating webscraping functions, performing visual object detection in video, reviewing terms of service, and enabling open-source data collection to support Sponsor-owned AI/ML models.
The team will build complete AI-driven solutions involving data acquisition, model development, ETL pipelines, databases, human-in-the-loop processes, and integration with existing collection mechanisms. They will provide ongoing operational support—including troubleshooting, updates, and break/fix tasks—and research emerging AI/ML technologies to ensure cutting-edge capabilities. Additional responsibilities include collaborating across Sponsor elements, framing data problems, integrating AI into software applications, deriving insights from data, evaluating technology trends, and conducting independent technical research. The team must also understand business objectives, define AI solutions aligned with architectural requirements, and apply expertise in NLP, predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and hypothesis testing.

Required Skills Include
- Automating workflows with AI
- Proficiency in data structures, data modeling, and software architecture

- Experience training models and integrating pre-trained models
