Full-Time | Sheboygan, WI
Monday–Friday | 7:00am – 3:30pm

At RCS Empowers, our Production team plays a key role in delivering quality products while supporting meaningful employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. As a Production Utility team member, you’ll be part of a fast-moving, hands-on environment where your work truly matters.
What You’ll Do
This is a dynamic, hands-on role supporting production, packaging, and warehouse operations.
- Operate and maintain labeling machines (including setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting)
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards
- Assist with production work, packaging, and assembly (including variety packs)
- Pull work orders and help maintain inventory levels of SKUs
- Supply materials to the production floor to keep operations running smoothly
- Prepare and inspect finished goods for shipping
- Assist with palletizing and order fulfillment
- Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a hands-on, physical environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Team-oriented mindset with a solid work ethic
- Basic computer knowledge (helpful, not required)
- Ability to follow processes and communicate effectively
