What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Worker/Delivery Driver position at RCS Contractor Supplies, Inc.?
RCS Contractor Supplies stocks a full line of concrete supplies and equipment with an emphasis on decorative concrete and flooring. We are looking to add a (Non-CDL) Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate who is motivated, reliable, and flexible to our fast-paced work environment.
As a delivery driver you will be responsible for loading/unloading flatbed trucks, pick-up trucks, and trailers, with concrete supplies and delivering them to our customers job sites. You will also be responsible for picking up products and supplies from our vendor partners and delivering them to our warehouse, as well as taking and picking up store to store transfers to/from our Ft. Wayne location.
As a Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate responsibilities will include but are not limited to fulfilling customers’ orders at our Noblesville location, assist in loading customer vehicles, operating construction equipment, assist with warehouse maintenance and organization, unloading shipments from vendor partners, and operating a forklift(experience preferred but not required). Other duties may include property maintenance including mowing and ground maintenance. You will also be required to perform other non-specific duties as directed by management.
REQUIREMENTS

- Ability to lift 50-100 lbs
- Stand for shift duration
PREFERRED
- 1 year of flatbed truck (non-CDL) & forklift operation
- 1 year of warehouse experience
- Knowledge of concrete materials and construction equipment a plus
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
