Responsibilities
- Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, planting, mulching, and pruning.
- Operate power tools such as trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, and lawnmowers safely and efficiently.
- Conduct routine groundskeeping tasks like debris removal, leaf cleanup, fencing repairs, and pathway upkeep.
- Collaborate with team members to plan landscaping projects and execute maintenance schedules effectively.
Requirements
- Prior experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred but not mandatory; a strong willingness to learn is valued.
- Ability to operate hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners along with power tools like trimmers and blowers safely.
- Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to lift heavy equipment or materials when needed.
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to landscape maintenance and safety protocols.
- Excellent teamwork skills combined with a positive attitude.
Pay: $21.87 - $28.74 per hour
