Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and IV infusions according to prescribed protocols
- Monitor patients for adverse reactions and respond as needed
- Educate patients and caregivers on infusion procedures and post-care instructions
- Document treatment and patient responses accurately and promptly
- Maintain sterile technique and follow safety protocols at all times
Qualifications:- Registered Nurse (RN) with active, unencumbered license
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in infusion or IV therapy
- Certification in IV therapy preferred (e.g., CRNI, PICC line certification)
- Ability to work independently and deliver patient-centered care
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-home visits (if applicable)
