- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential oil heating systems.
- Service oil-fired boilers, furnaces, burners, and related components.
- Perform annual maintenance, tune-ups, and combustion testing.
- Identify system issues and recommend appropriate repairs or replacements.
- Take ownership of service calls and deliver a 5-star customer experience.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
- Experience servicing and repairing oil-fired heating equipment.
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of oil burner controls, combustion, and heating systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Valid driver's license and applicable oil burner licensing/certifications.
