Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Claremore, OK, for Employee Benefits and Commercial Insurance Producers. The successful candidate will engage with clients to assess their specific coverage needs, provide expert recommendations on employee benefits and commercial insurance solutions, and maintain strong customer relationships. Daily responsibilities include prospecting new clients, managing a portfolio of accounts, developing and presenting insurance proposals, and ensuring consistent follow-up with clients to address their evolving insurance needs.
Qualifications
- Sales experience with a consultative approach
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and build long-term relationships
- Proven ability to identify client needs, present solutions, and close sales
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented professionalism, with the ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus (but not required for the right person)
- Active insurance license (or ability to obtain)
