What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Field Retention Specialist, you’ll:
- Visit customers at their homes to help them resolve overdue account balances in a respectful and professional manner.
- Communicate clearly and kindly to help customers understand their options.
- Stay in regular touch with your supervisor to provide updates on your progress.
- Follow all company procedures and safety guidelines, including health protocols.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, has strong communication skills, and takes initiative without needing to be micromanaged.
What We’re Looking For:
You don't need a resume full of experience—just the right attitude. Ideal candidates are:
- Outgoing – Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face.
- Self-Motivated – Able to manage time and stay focused on goals.
- Reliable – Shows up ready to work and follow through on responsibilities.
- Adaptable – Comfortable working in different neighborhoods and meeting new people.
You'll also need:
- A valid driver’s license.
- A dependable vehicle with auto insurance.
- A smartphone for basic work communication.
Pay & Perks:
- $500 Sign -on Bonus!!!
- Weekly Pay – Earn $700–$1000 per week, depending on your performance.
- Paid Training – No experience? No worries—we’ll train you and pay you to learn.
- Mileage Reimbursement – $0.40 per mile driven.
- Medical, Dental & Vision – Available after 60 days.
- Paid Vacation-after a year
