Freelance Videographer

We’re looking for a creative, flexible, and highly reliable Videographer to join our team on a contract/part-timebasis. This role is ideal for someone who’s just as comfortable shooting polished studio content as they are capturing real, in-the-moment vlog-style footage.

You’ll play a key role in shaping our brand presence and supporting both DadderUp &  RCG’s ongoing content and special projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Film high-quality content in studio and on-location / vlog-style environments
• Shoot both short-form (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and long-form (YouTube, interviews, podcasts) content
• Set up and break down cameras, lighting, and audio equipment as needed
• Collaborate with the team to execute shot lists and creative concepts
• Capture both planned content and spontaneous, “in-the-moment” footage
• Ensure footage is properly backed up, organized, and labeled after each shoot
• Professionally and confidently direct talent when needed

Requirements

• Flexible availability — able to work mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends as needed
• Proven experience shooting both short-form and long-form video
• Comfortable filming talking-head, studio, and vlog-style content
• Strong understanding of basic lighting and audio
• Personal equipment for on-location shooting is not required, but strongly preferred
• Reliable transportation to and from shoot locations
• Professional, communicative, and a true team player
