RCD RV is seeking a skilled and reliable RV Technician to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of RV systems — including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural, and appliances. Whether you’re an experienced tech or looking to expand your skills in the RV industry, we offer hands-on work and great growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair RV systems: electrical, plumbing, propane, HVAC, and more
- Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections
- Install upgrades (solar panels, awnings, satellite systems, etc.)
- Troubleshoot and service appliances (refrigerators, furnaces, water heaters)
- Provides detailed documentation of work completed and communicates clearly with Service Advisors and customers
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe workspace
Qualifications:
- 1 years of repair experience preferred (auto, marine, construction, handy man and/or property maintenance experience also considered)
- Ability to read schematics and service manuals
- Detail oriented and follows instructions
- Performs high quality repairs
- Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with power tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various conditions
- Positive attitude and team mindset
