Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Digital Project Management & Operations Specialist to oversee and optimize our media, technology, and event operations. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects that support weekly services, large-scale events, and digital engagement initiatives.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and experienced in managing projects from concept to completion while working with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilites
· Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of services, conferences, and special programs. Develop clear project plans defining scope, timelines, deliverables, and resources, while actively tracking progress and resolving risks to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
· Design and refine workflows to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability across operations. Establish structured processes for event coordination, media production, and team collaboration, while maintaining documentation to support repeatable execution.
· Oversee all media and technical operations, including live streaming, recordings, and digital content delivery. Manage audio/visual systems and streaming platforms, ensuring reliability while identifying opportunities to enhance performance and user experience.
· Manage the logistics and execution of weekly services and large-scale events from planning through on-site delivery. Coordinate schedules, resources, and teams to ensure seamless, engaging, and well-organized experiences.
· Collaborate closely with leadership, volunteers, and technical teams to align on priorities and execution plans. Facilitate clear communication and provide guidance to ensure accountability, efficiency, and strong team performance.
· Monitor operational and engagement metrics to evaluate effectiveness. Develop insights and reports to support decision-making, and implement improvements that enhance processes, systems, and overall outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Project Management, Business, IT, or related field
- Experience in project coordination, operations, or event management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Trello, or similar)
- Experience with media/AV systems or digital platforms is a plus
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing live events or productions
- Knowledge of streaming platforms and media tools
- Data analysis and reporting skills (Excel, dashboards, etc.)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Work Details
