This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Charlotte Metro area for a Nurse Aide I Instructor/Clinical Coordinator. The primary responsibilities include delivering quality instruction in Nurse Aide I courses and coordinating clinical experiences for students in healthcare settings. The role involves curriculum development, overseeing students during clinical rotations, ensuring alignment with healthcare regulations, and facilitating student skill development in preparation for certification exams. Collaboration with healthcare facilities and maintaining program compliance are also key aspects of the position.
- Proficiency in Clinical Education and Training
- Knowledge of Critical Care Medicine and general Medicine principles
- Experience in conducting or supporting Research within educational or healthcare environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively mentor students
- Current licensure or certification relevant to Nurse Aide instruction
- Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare facilities and adapt to evolving industry standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field; a Master’s degree is preferred
