This includes organizing and contributing to the development of marketing campaigns. Experience managing multiple projects and excellent communication skills are key. Must demonstrate an ability to handle a variety of administrative tasks efficiently and independently.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Graphic Design Experience Preferred.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
Print Shop Experience Preferred.
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS & TRAINING:
High school diploma or GED required.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Marketing automation daily, weekly, bi-monthly and monthly duties.
- Print shop management.
- Maintain and run production press machinery and other printing press related items (cutter, creaser, sorter).
- Work with paper supplier to ensure adequate supplies for all projects.
- Maintain and audit inventory of promotional and marketing collateral as well as supply room.
- Work with vendors as needed for service of machinery.
- Fulfill marketing and promotional requests for branches as requested.
- Design, proof and print business cards.
- Occasional photography assistance.
- General administrative assistance for marketing department, including but not limited to, receiving guests, answering telephones, answering front door (for Claremore Corporate) and assistance with mail.
- Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
