POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for assisting the loan officers with administrative lending and clerical duties.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Serve as primary receptionist for Loan Officers and assist with consumer loans.
• Oversee loan reception area.
• Greet and direct visitors applying for a loan.
• Organize loans for customer signature and loan processing; preparing loans for booking; typing credit memos, letters and correspondence.
• Cross-selling bank products.
• Answer and direct incoming calls or relay messages, as circumstances dictate.
• Complete clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, faxing, and scanning.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
  
  

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Financial organizational skills and financial information understanding.

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS & TRAINING:

High school diploma or GED required.

• Excellent time management.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with the public and greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Ability to manage detailed tasks/projects with accuracy while meeting stringent deadlines.
• Self-motivated; organized; and able to prioritize tasks.
• Must possess strong knowledge of PC programs: MS Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
