Sales Manager Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth for ergonomic office chair products
- Manage and expand relationships with key accounts, distributors, dealers, and retail partners
- Identify new business opportunities in B2B, commercial, and institutional markets
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports for upper management
- Analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams on promotions and product launches
- Participate in contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and deal closing
- Attend trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events as needed
- Ensure accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management
- Build and maintain CRM records and sales documentation

- Strong background in sales management of medium to large B2B accounts, preferably in office furniture, ergonomic products, or related industries
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and trends
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams
- Results-driven mindset with strong leadership and accountability
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, field of study is not limited
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience, including sales management or team leadership
- Experience selling B2B products or durable goods preferred
