What You’ll Do
  • Complete nutrition assessments and care plans
  • Monitor weights, labs, and overall nutritional status
  • Ensure regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate with nursing and dietary teams
  • Educate residents, families, and staff
What You Need
  • Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN)
  • NYS certification (or eligible)
  • Long-term care experience preferred
