Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor
$39.00/hour to $42.00/hour Plus $7500 Sign On
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $7500.00
Overview: Absolut Care of Three Rivers is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will oversee nursing operations, supervise staff, and ensure that high-quality care is consistently delivered to our residents. This position is perfect for an experienced RN with a passion for leadership, team collaboration, and patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Supervision: Lead, mentor, and support the nursing team to ensure the delivery of exceptional care in compliance with company policies, state regulations, and industry standards.
- Patient Care Management: Oversee patient care plans, ensuring that they are appropriately developed, implemented, and evaluated to meet individual needs and enhance health outcomes.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain knowledge of and ensure adherence to state, federal, and local regulations regarding long-term care and rehabilitation services.
- Education & Training: Develop and implement training programs for nursing staff to enhance skills and support professional development.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure high standards of patient care and operational efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals and departments to foster a team-based environment and improve patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York.
- Minimum of one year of experience in nursing administration or supervisory roles, preferably in long-term care, rehabilitation, or geriatric nursing.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, including those specific to skilled nursing and rehabilitation settings.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
