Regional Quality Assurance Nurse (RN)
$110,000–$140,000 • Full-Time • Travel Required
Living Legends Health (The McGuire Group, Absolut Care, Taconic, VestraCare) is hiring a Regional QA Nurse to support skilled nursing facilities within our portfolio.
Prior Director of Nursing (DON) experience in long-term care is required.
What You’ll Do:
• Provide clinical & regulatory oversight
• Support facilities during surveys/audits
• Lead mock surveys & Plans of Correction
• Mentor DONs & nursing leadership
• Review QM/QAPI data & improvement plans
• Assist with staffing, risk, and follow-up education
• Travel as needed (some overnights)
What You Need:
• NYS RN license
• DON experience (required)
• Strong regulatory knowledge
• Excellent communication & leadership skills
• Reliable transportation
