Photo Studio Assistant
RC Willey is looking for a Photo Studio Assistant to collaborate with Store Display and Warehouse teams, Sales, the Photographer, and Executives. They will work in a warehouse setting, managing inventory, unpacking and repackaging products, and staging items for photography.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with interdepartmental teams to manage inventory, unload and repackage products, and prepare items for high-quality photography in the warehouse.
- Inspect and assess incoming products for any damage or defects to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Utilize your design sense to ensure products are presented in their best light before photo shoots.
- Work efficiently to maximize the speed of product turnaround, refining your skills to consistently improve performance.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including unpacking, prepping, staging, and repackaging hundreds of items each week.
- All other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
- Comfortable working in a warehouse setting and lifting 50-100 lbs. regularly
- High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1 years of experience in retail, technology, e-commerce, or marketing
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment and enjoys adapting to change
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
- Skilled at multitasking, with keen attention to detail and consistent follow-through on tasks
- Dependable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
