Regional Builder & Contractor Business Development Manager - Las Vegas
RC Willey is seeking a Regional Builder & Contractor Business Development Manager to join our growing commercial sales team. They will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and growing commercial builder and general-contractor accounts within the Las Vegas territory. The Regional Builder & Contractor Business Development Manager will enter into new builder/GC relationships, develop trade partner networks, drive project pipelines, and close deals that align with our company’s commercial strategy.

Competitive base salary plus EOY bonus tied to B2B sales performance with a high earnings potential ($70,000 - $90,000 )
Key Responsibilities:

- Prospect and engage builder/contractor firms (general contractors, trade contractors, commercial builders) in your region.
- Develop a network of key decision-makers (owners, project executives, estimators, purchasing agents) at builder/GC firms.
- Qualify and pursue project opportunities: evaluate project scope, budget, timelines, materials/fixtures needs, align with our solutions.
- Create and execute territory business development plans that set annual goals for new builder/GC account acquisitions, sales volume and project pipeline.
- Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, manage the deal closing process.
- Collaborate with internal teams (estimators, operations, marketing, product specialists) to ensure builder/GC customer needs are met and projects are delivered.
- Maintain and grow relationships with builder/GCs after initial sale to secure repeat business and referrals.
- Track market trends in builder/contractor space (construction starts, project types, contractor consolidation) and use insights to inform strategy.
- Report pipeline, forecast, and performance metrics to leadership.
- All other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven success in business development or outside sales within the construction, builder/contractor services sectors.
- Familiarity with builder/contractor workflows, project cycles, and purchasing decision-making.
- Strong prospecting, negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to establish credibility quickly with builder executives, project leadership.
- Territory based mindset: self-driven, motivated to hunt and build new relationships on the ground.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Travel is required. Some travel across territory as needed (site visits, builder offices meetings).
- This position is hybrid with no relocation.
Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
