Key Responsibilities
- Develop and administer procurement policies and procedures to support operational efficiencies.
- Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery.
- Negotiate contracts and purchase orders, including price, terms, volume discounts, and delivery.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Operations, Finance, Service, QA) to forecast and fulfill supply needs.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and reports in procurement systems.
- Monitor and improve supplier performance metrics (delivery, quality, cost control).
- Analyze spending trends and identify cost-saving or process improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and any relevant regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field; CPSM or similar procurement certification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of procurement or purchasing managerial experience, preferably in technical or service-oriented settings.
- Familiarity with procurement software and systems.
- Exceptional negotiation and contracting skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication capabilities.
